By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Travel Baby Guru provides newborn care specialist services, including but not limited to:

Newborn Care
24-Hour Care
Overnight Newborn Care
Long-Term Support
Family Travel Support

The specific services and care provided will be outlined in a separate service agreement between you and Travel Baby Guru.

Booking and Payment

Booking Process

The booking process typically consists of:

Initial inquiry and discovery call
Personalized consultation
Formal proposal and contract
Pre-care onboarding
Care period
Closure and transition
Follow-up

Payments

Payment terms, rates, and methods will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed upon:

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure services.
Payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement.
Payment is expected within the timeframe specified in your invoice.
Late payments may result in late fees or service interruption.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made 30+ days prior to the service start date: Full refund minus the non-refundable retainer.
Cancellations made 15–29 days prior to the service start date: 50% Payment of contract minus the non-refundable retainer.
Cancellations made 0–14 days prior to the service start date: No refund. Full payment of contract required upon cancellation.

For changes to your scheduled services, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternatives.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process
Communicate any special circumstances, health concerns, or allergies
Maintain a safe environment for service provision
Provide necessary supplies and equipment as agreed upon
Respect the professional boundaries of Travel Baby Guru staff
Adhere to agreed-upon schedules and protocols

Service Provider Responsibilities

Travel Baby Guru agrees to:

Provide services as described in the service agreement
Adhere to the highest standards of newborn care
Maintain appropriate certifications and training
Respect client confidentiality and privacy
Provide timely communication
Follow all agreed-upon protocols and parenting preferences

Confidentiality

Travel Baby Guru respects your privacy and will maintain the confidentiality of all personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
For high-profile clients, we offer additional confidentiality measures, including Non-Disclosure Agreements upon request.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Travel Baby Guru or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or use any materials from our website without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travel Baby Guru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Health and Safety

Medical Disclaimer

Travel Baby Guru provides newborn care services, not medical services. Our staff are not licensed medical professionals. In case of medical emergencies or health concerns, please contact appropriate healthcare providers immediately.

Safety Standards

We adhere to current safety standards and best practices for newborn care. However, we cannot guarantee the prevention of all accidents or injuries. Parents/guardians remain ultimately responsible for their child’s safety and well-being.

Travel Services

For family travel support services:

Client is responsible for securing necessary travel documents and accommodations.
Travel Baby Guru is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or other issues beyond our control.
Additional terms specific to travel services will be included in your service agreement.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, extraordinary weather conditions, epidemics or pandemics, war, terrorism, or labor disputes.

Termination

Either party may terminate services as specified in the service agreement. Travel Baby Guru reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of:

Non-payment
Unsafe working conditions
Inappropriate behavior toward staff
Violation of these Terms or service agreement terms

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to mediation before resorting to arbitration or litigation.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
